Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) is a form of psychological acupressure, where we tap on known energy lines of the body, whilst speaking to break up stagnant energy that's been stressing us out and holding us back. Serious energy shifts, but made fun!

I am excited to create this platform to be able to share short, yet effective and achievable, tapping sessions to support you on your healing journey.

Tapping is available to everyone, is not gender specific, and can be used for your personal or professional life. It is fun, safe and can make you feel unbelievable!

Hi, I’m Angel

Thank you for being here!

My passion is to share knowledge so that anyone can learn, through different modalities, how to listen to their bodies and be empowered and in charge of their own healing and lives.

I’m a former Math and Science high school teacher and make-up artist turned Reiki Master from Geelong, Victoria.

After experiencing a Reiki session at the suggestion of a friend, I fell in love with the way Reiki made me feel. I completed my Reiki 1 and 2 trainings in Melbourne, then followed my intuition to Rishikesh, India; the birth place of yoga, to complete my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and to become a Reiki Master.

My most recent certification has been through the Gala Darling Method of tapping, to be become an EFT Practitioner.
